Private Celebrations
Looking for a unique way to celebrate? Willow Reform can be privately booked for special occasions, group experiences, and corporate events.
Our studio is the perfect space for birthdays, hen parties, stag parties, corporate wellbeing events, or simply a private Pilates session with friends. Private bookings give you exclusive use of the studio and a relaxed environment to move, celebrate, and spend time together.
Private bookings are ideal for:

- Private group bookings with friends
Sessions can include a Reformer Pilates class (up to 8 people) or a Mat Pilates class (up to 10 people).
Depending on your celebration, your booking may also include options such as celebration balloons, personalised signage (for birthdays or hen parties), bubbles, light refreshments, grazing boards, or additional studio time after your session.
Each celebration at Willow Reform is slightly different, and we’re always happy to help create something that suits your group.
Private bookings are available on selected evenings and weekends and are subject to availability. We kindly ask that enquiries are made at least two weeks in advance where possible.

Private 1:1 Pilates Sessions
A more personalised way to experience Pilates at Willow Reform.
Private sessions allow you to work closely with an instructor in a focused and supportive environment. Each session is tailored to your individual goals, whether you're looking to improve technique, build strength, support rehabilitation, or simply enjoy a more personalised Pilates experience.
Private sessions are available as:
1:1 – £70
A fully personalised session tailored to your individual needs and goals.
2:1 – £90
Share the experience with a partner or friend while still receiving personalised guidance.
3:1 – £105
A small group session offering personalised instruction while training together.
4:1 – £120
A semi-private session for a small group who would like a more personalised experience.

Private sessions may take place on reformer or mat equipment, depending on your preference.
Private sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
